Spirit of visit of Albania’s FM to Iran constructive.

Genc Milloja AlbaniaAlbania was present in a meeting held in Paris on July 1 by the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation (MEK), with a delegation led by Socialist Party deputy and former Premier Pandeli Majko, including also Deputy Interior Minister and lawmaker Elona Gjebrea and the head of the Republican Party and lawmaker, Fatmir Mediu.

This year’s meeting in Paris was called “Free Iran” by the organizers, held for the Iranian dissidents living in the West. The Albanian deputies, who have been re-elected in the new 140- member Parliament on June 25, 2017, joined voices in their speeches with the slogan to topple down the current government in Tehran.

“The Iranian Diaspora demands a change of regime, while western policies towards Iran have been softer for the past four decades, in order to guarantee economic benefits,” reported World Bulletin on Saturday.

There are about 3000 mujahedins in Albania who have settled down there on the basis an arrangement by US for the UN to be able to transfer them there from Iraq. “The government of Iraq was relieved to be rid of three thousand MEK who had been part of Saddam Hussein’s repressive forces, but the problem has now simply been moved to Albania. The Americans promised help to de-radicalise the MEK members,” said Huffington Post in a report on the Debate in the European Parliament under the topic ‘What is to be done about the Iranian Mojahedin Khalq (MEK)?’ which was held on May 30, 2017.

Although it is their own decision, the involvement of Albanian politicians in the capacity of deputies in such activities which call for ‘freeing’ Iran and bringing down the current government does not seem to be ‘realpolitics’. Albania’s foreign policy has never got involved in other countries’ internal affairs, rather the opposite has happened from time to time. It’s exemplary its peaceful and stabilizing role in the Balkans, something which has always been praised by the international factor. Such a constructive approach of cooperation has been followed even with other countries in Europe, America, Asia, Middle East, Africa, etc.

A few weeks ago the Albanian Ambassador to Tehran, Gent Gazheli expressed the wish of the government of Premier Edi Rama for making joint efforts to develop the bilateral relations between Albania and Iran. Ambassador Gazheli was also received by the Iranian President Rouhani.

The same wish was also expressed by the Foreign Minister, Ditmir Bushati who paid an two- day official visit to Tehran in mid- January this year. Below is the report released by the Albanian Foreign Minister: “At the invitation of the Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif, Foreign Affairs Minister Ditmir Bushati paid an official visit to Tehran. During this two-day visit, Minister Bushati held meetings with the President, Rouhani, his counterpart Zarif, the President of the Parliamentary Iran-Albania Group of Friendship, the President of the Chamber of Commerce, Agriculture and Mines as well as the Chair of the Agency for Cultural Heritage and Tourism.”

In addition the press release pointed out that “at the meeting with President Hassan Rouhani, parties agreed on the need for increasing cooperation between the two countries in areas of common interest. Minister Bushati expressed appreciation for the role of the Iranian government and of the President to reach an agreement on Iran’s nuclear program with international actors, considering it as an agreement to the benefit of security and peace in the world. President Rouhani praised the friendship between the two peoples and underlined the importance of using the potentials to further develop bilateral relations.”

The Foreign Ministry also reported that in the course of their meeting, Ministers of Foreign Affairs signed a Memorandum of Understanding on diplomatic consultations. Evaluating the steps undertaken to revitalize bilateral relations, the two ministers agreed on the need to strengthen the legal framework of cooperation, in particular in the field of trade exchanges, tourism and culture. In this context, parliamentary cooperation was seen as an important element in boosting relations between the two countries. Parties also praised the importance of establishing contacts and encouraged the exchange of information between the business communities of the two countries,” concluded the press release.

In its report on Rouhani- Bushati meeting the Teheran Times said the president highlighted the necessity to fight violence, extremism and terrorism. “Terrorism is an international problem and it is one of our major duties to fight violence and terrorism.” He added Iran is ready to cooperate with various countries in fighting terrorism.
For his part, Bushati said his country is a strong defender of the fight against terrorism and extremism. He also said Albania is determined to expand relations with Iran.

The accomodation of the 3000 mujahedins by Albanian authorities, a demand of the strategic ally US, is an humanitarian act, but I think that politics should be kept far away from it. The message that Albania’s FM conveyed to Tehran and the latter’s positive response should prevail and be the motto for the promotion of the bilateral relations in the mutual benefit.

In the meantime, as Huffington Post reported on June 2, 2017, the meeting in the European Parliament on 30 May this year discussed the problems associated with the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation (MEK) both inside the Parliament and across Europe and the wider world.

“Delegates discussed Albania’s candidature to join the European Union in light of this situation and agreed that this is not just incompatible but that having trained terrorists on the doorstep of Europe is already a security threat to Europe. Delegates stressed that European security services need to take this threat seriously from now,” said in his contribution Massoud Khodabandeh, Director at Middle East Strategy Consultants.

The Iranian Diaspora demands a change of regime, while western policies towards Iran have been softer for the past four decades, in order to guarantee economic benefits.

For example Germany used to be Iran’s number one economic partner before sanctions hit the Islamic Republic in the early 2010s. Germany was the first country to send a large economic delegation to Iran after the 2015 nuclear deal that paved the way for removing the sanctions. The annual trade turnover between Iran and Germany stands at about 3 billion dollars.

In the meantime Iran’s Economy Minister Tayebnia said volume of trade turnover between Iran and Austria will climb from the current $400 million to five billion dollars. Ali Tayebnia, at a meeting with Austrian Federal Minister of Finance Hans Jorg Schelling in Tehran, said “following my last year visit to the European country, during which constructive talks were conducted on expansion of bilateral economic ties, a number of working groups were formed to discuss issues of mutual interest like avoidance of double taxation, customs cooperation agreement and agreements on encouraging and supporting foreign investment and developing banking relations between the two countries.”

Albania can follow the example of other Western countries and give energy to the spirit of the visit of its Foreign Minister Ditmir Bushati to Tehran where the parties agreed on the need for increasing cooperation between the two countries in areas of common interest. This is what Albanian people are in need of!

They say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

I’m starting to think John McCain may fit that definition.

All due respect to the Senator from Arizona, whose military service during Vietnam was both brave and heroic, but it completely escapes me why he continues to support “rebel” organizations who many times end up being just as dangerous as the despotic regime they are opposing.

There was a group in Afghanistan led by a fellow named Osama Bin Laden whom we armed during the cold war. There are rebels in Syria to whom we have given arms. These are just two examples of many instances where the strategy of backing the “enemy of my enemy” blew up in our faces.

McCain recently held a meeting with the head of MKO – a rebel faction opposed to the current Iranian regime – where he sang the group’s praises.

While I understand McCain’s dislike and distrust of the Iranian regime and Assad, MKO may not be quite so innocent, either, as they stand accused of thousands of deaths.

In fact, as recently as 2012, MKO was listed as a terrorist organization by both the United States and the European Union. There are many questions about what they may or may not have done, but there is no question about what they want.

“Today, there is a consensus in the Middle East about the clerical regime’s destructive role and that the religious fascism ruling Iran is the primary source of war, terrorism and crisis in the region,” said Maryam Rajavi, MKO’s leader.

“Regime change is not only indispensable to ending the egregious violations of human rights in Iran but also to establishing peace and tranquility in the region. As long as the clerical regime is in power, it will not abandon the export of terrorism and fundamentalism.”

Regime change. Just like Nicaragua. Or Afghanistan. Or Iraq. Or Libya. Or countless other nations we made unquestionably worse with our involvement.

Of course, McCain is by no means alone in his insanity.

According to Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Seymour Hersh, U.S. intelligence has been working with MKO for quite some time. Bin Laden had worked with U.S. intelligence for quite a while as well, when we were fighting the Soviets and saw him and his group as an asset.

If you aren’t sure how that turned out, go ahead and read about what happened on 9/11.

And that’s really the point here: The “enemy of my enemy is my friend” philosophy simply does not work. We have been slapped in the face with this fact over and over again, but like a battered wife who keeps returning to her abusive husband, we keep thinking that next time will be different.

But as we know all too well by now, this always plays out the same in the end. Today’s ally is tomorrow enemy. Today’s freedom fighters are tomorrow’s terrorists. And vice versa.

You would think we would have learned our lesson by now, but apparently, we still haven’t. I don’t know what it is going to take, but through their constant repeating of the same mistake, I’m pretty sure that if the government were a person, they would be wearing a strait jacket at this point.

McCain Mojahedin Khalq Maryam Rajavi Terrorism Albania

The belligerent US Senator John McCain’s visits in Kosovo and Albania are portrayed with positive colour by Albanian and Kosovan media. McCain despite his record as a warmonger and aggressor is treated as a person who will bring peace and democracy to the world. Since Albanian and Kosovan civil society is dead, McCain has not met with protests and demonstrations as he would have expected in Europe and throughout the West. And the media, which is controlled by owners who deal in drugs or are connected to power, have only spoken with positive tones about the visit.

However, during his visit to Tirana Senator McCain lost no time in having a special meeting with the 3500 Iranian jihadists which the Rama government housed in Albania. At a time when the law enforcement authorities of Albania and Kosovo, in order to ensure security for McCain’s visit, frightened the public with hysterical news that there would be terrorist attacks, and Kosovo arrested a Wahhabi psychopath for a song that he had made, all the media and police panic surrounding the visit was apparently something of a cover to hide the true reason for McCain’s visit to Albania.

He met with Iranian jihadists and their leader Maryam Rajavi. In the conditions that are running our world today in which the Americans are in open conflict with China, Korea, Russia, Syria, Turkey and Iran and the Third World War is expected to start at any moment, McCain’s visit to the Iranian jihadist camp was apparently intended to instruct the Iranian jihadis for their next fight.

Maryam Rajavi, while she Tweeted photos of the meeting between her jihadists with McCain, openly declares that her group is mobilized for war. But where will the cast of the Rajavi group be fighting? In Russia, Syria, Korea, China or Iran?

According to the Albanian civil code, Maryam Rajavi, should be arrested and punished for these statements in the same way that the Albanian Imams Genci Balla and Bujar Hysa were arrested and sentenced before. But in Albania Albanian jihadists are imprisoned, while Iranian jihadis are privileged to do jihad at the behest of John McCain.

Here are some photos from the event:

مزدوران فرقه رجوی مجاهدین خلق در خدمت جنگ و امریکا

Yesterday, US Senator John McCain visited our country. The agenda for his meeting was not at all clear.

The media and the US Embassy in our country, claimed the senator’s visit was part of an official visit to Albania. This was revealed as a lie by the leader of the Mohahedin, Maryam Rajavi, who still remains in our country, when she posted a picture on Twitter which shows the meeting she had with US Senator McCain yesterday.

This refutes the claim of an official agenda published in different media and raises big questions about what Maryam Rajavi spoke about with the US Senator in our country.

McCain is a person who has driven tens of wars around the world, and meets with Rajavi precisely on the threshold of another world war where tensions between the US, Korea, Russia and allied countries are significantly increased.

This, and the information blackout on his meeting with the Mojahedin, throws a  great deal of doubt on the US Senator’s visit to Albania.

Another question is why Maryam Rajavi remains in our country at the same time that Congress met in Tirana.  Why are the Mojahahedin’s activities met with a huge media silence?

Has Maryam Rajavi made investments to earn status in our country or has the Albanian government given in to the Americans and the Mojahedin?

http://gazetaimpakt.com/erdhi-john-mccaini-ne-shqiperi-qe-te-mobilizoje-terroristet-iraniane/

Ne nje kohe qe organet e rendit te Shqiperise dhe Kosoves, per te siguruar viziten e McCainit frikesuan publikun me lajme histerike sikur do te kishte sulme terroriste dhe ne Kosove arrestuan nje psikopat vehabist per nje kenge qe ai kishte bere, i gjithe paniku mediatik dhe policor i vizites mesa duket paska qene nje mbulese per te fshehur arsyen e vertete te vizites se McCainit ne Shqiperi.
Ai eshte takuar me xhihadistet iraniane dhe emiren e tyre Marjam Rajavi. Ne momentet qe po kalon bota jone sot ku amerikanet jane ne konflikt te hapur me Kinen, Korene, Rusine, Sirine, Turqine dhe Iranin dhe Lufta e Trete Boterore pritet te filloje nga momenti ne moment, vizita e McCainit ne kampin e xhihadisteve iraniane mesa duket eshte bere per ti instruktuar xhihadistet iraniane per luften e tyre te ardhshme.
Marjam Rajavi ne postimet e saj ne twitter ndersa ka vene foto nga takimi i xhihadisteve te saj me McCainin, deklaron hapur qe grupi i saj po mobilizohet per lufte. Por ku do te hidhet grupi i Rajavit te luftoje? Ne Rusi, Siri, Kore, Kine apo Iran?
Sipas kodit civil shqiptar, Marjam Rajavi do te duhej te arrestohej dhe denohej per keto deklarata ashtu sikur edhe imamet shqiptare Genci Balla dhe Bujar Hysa u arrestuan dhe denuan me pare. Por ne Shqiperi xhihadistet shqiptare burgosen, ndersa xhihadistet iraniane jane te privilegjuar meqe bejne xhihadin e John McCainit.

A duhet të kemi frikë nga takimi i senatorit McCain me muxhahedinët ne Shqipëri?

http://gazetaimpakt.com/duhet-te-kemi-frike-nga-takimi-i-senatorit-mccain-muxhahedinet/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=facebook

Estranged families of Mojahedin Khalq members seek PM Rama’s help to meet loved ones

The arrival of the Mojahedin-e Khalq in our country has exposed the divisions between the members and their leaders, and now it seems their only hope is to find help from Albania’s Prime Minister Edi Rama.

Some family members of the members of the terrorist organization Mojahedin-e Khalq from the province of Ilam in western Iran have sent a letter to Prime Minister Rama. They have asked him to help them meet with their loved ones because the leaders of the MEK do not allow such meetings.

The text of the letter is as follows:

Dear Prime Minister, Mr Edi Rama

We are some families of Mojahedin-e Khalq members. We live in Ilam Province, Iran. The names of our loved ones are listed at the end of this letter. These are people who, some years ago, were deceived by the empty promises of MEK leaders Massoud and Maryam Rajavi. Our loved ones were thus sent to Iraq and each of them have, for over 20 years, been separated from their families and placed under physical and mental captivity and are living under severely restrictive measures.

They are also deprived of any contact with their families by telephone or through correspondence. Many times we went to Iraq to make contact with our loved ones. We faced all the difficulties of travelling to Iraq and the dangerous situation in that country and have gone to the gates of MEK camps Ashraf and Liberty. We asked that our loved ones could meet with us. But, unfortunately we were faced with insults, curses and abuse on the part of the Mojahedin-e Khalq leaders. Each time we returned to our homes disappointed, without meeting with our loved ones.

Now we ask you, the honourable Prime Minister of Albania, to help us by creating opportunities to meet with our loved ones. We hope that this letter will be read personally by you, the Prime Minister of Albania and that you will enable us to rejoice with our children. It is in your power to help us and grant us our request.

We express our sincere appreciation.

Kryeministri i nderuar i Shqipërisë

Z. Edi Rama
