Belgium must show zero tolerance toward violent MEK cult - Open letter to Koen Geens

To the Honourable Koen Geens, Minister of Justice,

My name is Reza Jebelli. I am an ex-member of Rajavi’s cult and a human rights activist in Brussels.

Reza Sadeghi Jabali Brussels

As you are aware, every year the Mojahedin-e Khalq (MEK) cult brings many undocumented people from all over Europe to their annual gathering in Paris, but this year the French authorities denied the MEK’s request for such event. Instead the MEK are planning to celebrate their June 1981 glorification of Armed Struggle against Iranians in Brussels on the 15th June at Schuman Square between 15h to 18h.

As I indicated in my previous letter to you, in 2003 French anti-terrorism officers raided a dozen locations northwest of Paris in Auvers-Sur-Oise, the MEK headquarters – classified as a terrorist organization by the United States, the European Union and Iran (1997-2012) – and initially detained 165 people along with MEK leader Maryam Rajavi who immediately after her arrest ordered a few members to commit self-immolation in the streets of Europe. The attempts at self-immolation to protest against the arrest of Rajavi are proof of a fanatical and terrorist mindset that does not respect our laws and our values.

On December 12, 2017, when Maryam Rajavi the leader of the MEK was in the European Parliament, two former MEK members who were invited to participate in a conference in the parliament were attacked and injured by Rajavi’s bodyguards who tried to kidnap Mr Khoshal and Mr Ebrahimi from right in front of the parliament.

Mogherini Avoids Maryam Rajavi As MEK Violence Erupts At The EU ParliamentMr Khoshal was attacked by MEK operatives when attended EU Parliament in Brussels to give evidence

Dear Minister Geens,

As I am writing to you, MEK operatives are deceptively trafficking many refugees from various camps all over Europe and the Balkans region to Brussels for their Armed Struggle gathering by claiming that it is for freedom and democracy and are deceiving the authorities in the same way to obtain permission for this rally.

When I read the testimony of Amber Scorah, a former member of Jehovah’s Witnesses, I understood that, in many respects the methods used resembled those used by the MEK. But the MEK are worse because they are the source of Middle East Islamic Marxist Terrorism. The Mojahedin are known to have assassinated six American in 1970s during their first suicide attacks against US servicemen and contractors in Tehran, the Iranian capital.

The MEK’s 40-year record of behaviour does not substantiate its capability or intention to be democratic. Internally, the MEK run their organization autocratically, suppressing dissent and eschewing tolerance of differing viewpoints and they have no respect for the rule of law.

Rajavi, who heads the MEK’s political and military wings, has fostered a cult of personality around herself. These characteristics have alienated most Iranian expatriates, who assert they do not want to replace one objectionable regime for another.

The MEK has no viable chance of seizing power in Iran. If the current government is not Iranian’s first choice for a government, the MEK is not even their last.

Dear Sir,

Following my letter in December 2017 about the MEK’s attack on ex-members in front of the European Parliament and considering the MEK’s past forty years record of assassinations and terrorist activities in Iran, Iraq and Europe and as a former member, I must emphasize that MEK’s presence in Belgium is and will be one of the greatest threats to our country and the European Union.

After France has rejected them, they are now trying to transfer their base to our city, and they have already relocated some of their members from Albania and France to Brussels.

I would like to draw your immediate attention to this matter and suggest that by rejecting the presence of this terrorist cult in Belgium and cancelling their call for violence from inside this country, you will also send a strong signal that Belgium has ZERO tolerance policy for all terrorists under any name.

Respectfully,

Reza Jebelli

Honorable Commissioner Dimitris Avramopoulos,

Mr. Reza Jabali Sadeghi European Parliament

Mr. Reza Jabali Sadeghi European Parliament

My name is Reza Jebelli. I am a former member of mek and a human rights activist living in Brussels. On June 1981, I was shoot and later arrested by Iranian security service and spent about five years in prison including of two years in solitary confinement. I was working in the financial section of mek in Canada and united states and spent many years in mek Camp Ashraf in Iraq.

I have followed the EU-Western Balkans Ministerial Forum on Justice and Home Affairs in Tirana on October 5th, which have raised a few very important issues.

The Ministers acknowledged that terrorism and radicalization continue to be a common challenge for the European Union and the Western Balkans region.

Considering the mek past forty years records of assassinations and terrorist activities in Iran, Iraq and Europe and as a former member, I must emphasize that mek presence in Tirana and Balkans region is and will be one of the greatest threats to the European Union.

in 2003, French anti-terrorism officers raided a dozen locations northwest of Paris in Auvers-Sur-Oise, the mek headquarter, classified as a terrorist organization by the United States, the European Union and Iran (1997-2012) and initially detained 165 people along with mek leader Maryam Rajavi who right after ordered few members to self-immolation in the street of Europe. ‘The attempts at self-immolation to protest against the arrest of Radjavi are proof of a fanaticism and terrorist group that not respect our laws and our values.

On December 12, 2017, when Maryam Rajavi the leader of mek was in the European parliament, two former mek members who were invited for a conference in the parliament were attacked and injured by Rajavi’s bodyguards when they tried to kidnap Mr. Khoshal and Ebrahimi right front of EU parliament.

At least two of these bodyguards came from Albania with fake documents, which their name has been given to the Belgium police and authorities.

Every day in the street of Tirana, the former members are being harassed by mek in order to prevent them to reveal the true face of this cult. Just recently, an Iranian Canadian national Mr. Mostafa and his wife Mrs. Mahbubeh Mohammadi who travel from Canada to see their daughter Somayeh were beaten by mek in Tirana.

Furthermore, every years mek smuggles many refugees from different camp all over Europe and Balkans region and take them to Paris for their anniversary of arm struggle against Iranian.

Dear Sir,

The Ministers underlined the key importance of the respect of rule of law and the threat of terrorism and here we have this terrorist cult smuggling people throughout European cities.

Despite Mojahedin assertions that the group has abandoned its extreme ideology and now favors a liberal democracy, you could see mek’s action towards its own member which has been disconnected from free world and even they not allowed to see their parents.

Moreover, the Mojahedin’s 40-year record of behavior does not substantiate its capability or intention to be democratic. Internally, the Mojahedin run their organization autocratically, suppressing dissent and eschewing tolerance of differing viewpoints.  Rajavi, who heads the Mojahedin’s political and military wings, has fostered a cult of personality around herself. These characteristics have alienated most Iranian expatriates, who assert they do not want to replace one objectionable regime for another.

Let’s not forget, In the period leading up to the revolution and its immediate aftermath, the Mojahedin carried out their strategy of armed struggle. The results included the murder of Americans, support for the seizure of the U.S. embassy, and opposition to the release of U.S. hostages.  The Mojahedin are known to have assassinated the following Americans in Iran during the 1970s:

Lt. Colonel Lewis L. Hawkins Killed:  June 2, 1973

Air Force Colonel Paul Schaeffer Killed:  May 21, 1975

Air Force Lt.  Colonel Jack Turner Killed:  May 21, 1975

Donald G. Smith Rockwell International Killed:  August 28, 1976

Robert R. Krongrad, Rockwell International Killed:  August 28, 1976

William C. Cottrell Rockwell International Killed:  August 28, 1976

In 1981, mek started their armed struggle once again with seven suicide attack among them a fourteen years old girl named Adab Avaz Gohar-.

Rajavi: from celebrating 9/11 to serving the government which supported the tragic attack

Reza Sadeghi Jabali EUP

Reza Sadeghi Jabali EUP

Reza Sadeghi Jabali, ex-high ranking member of the Mojahedin Khalq Organisation, Peyvand Rahaee, Paris, July 22, 2016

The horrifying murderous attack on innocent people on September 11, 2001 shocked people across the globe. Ordinary people were quick to show their solidarity with the victims and their families. Unfortunately, I know of two individuals who were not only not unhappy about this tragedy but went as far as calling this barbaric act a “Sacred Operation” and who ordered their cult members to start preparing for celebration and distributing sweets and candies. These individuals were Massoud and Maryam Rajavi.

In 2001, the day before 9/11, all members of the Mojahedin Khlaq (MEK, MKO, PMOI, Rajavi cult…) were brought to a military base in the west of Baghdad called Bagherzadeh. Long sessions of cultic indoctrination were being carried out, engaging people in what can only be described as forced brainwashing under the military rule of Saddam Hussein. On September 11, in the middle of one of these sessions, Rajavi announced a few minutes’ break and uncharacteristically left the stage. He returned after a while and announced that the session was postponed and that now was the time for celebration and enjoyment.

After this, the scenes of the airplanes smashing into the towers began to be broadcast on the widescreens in the hall over and over again. Each time they were shown, the leaders would stand up, cheer, clap and shout slogans and each time they would look toward the section commanders to ensure they and their people also stand up and join the celebrations. And they would, because they knew the consequences of not obeying.  Rajavi, standing on the stage, was more excited than anyone else. After a while he ordered people to stop and listen. He then said (his exact words): “Praise Islam. Praise Islam. Imagine, if this is what Reactionary Islam can achieve, then what a day it will be when Revolutionary Islam steps up to the scene”.

Maryam Rajavi started talking right after him and said: “You have once more disappointed the leader Massoud. This operation should have been carried out by you and should have been a lesson from you to the Americans and the world”.

After that a video of 10 suicide missions carried out by Palestinians against Israel was broadcast. The suicide missions were all from before this Al Qaida suicide operation. The video showed every suicide operative reading his testimony before death, accompanied by relevant propaganda. Both Rajavis stood up at the end of each one and clapped and praised them to the full.

After that Massoud Rajavi said: “This [9/11] is, of course, the product of a right wing Islamic Ideology which has brought down the Americans and the west and especially the Imperialists who are now shaking and afraid. Imagine the day that the Fedayeen and Mojahidin of Maryam, who have passed the stages of Ideological Revolution, decide to engage directly. And that day is not far away and is the divine responsibility of the Mojahedin, and we know that the regime (Iranian Regime) is only an excuse.  Our historical and our real purpose in being Mojahedin is the destruction of Imperialism, especially the head of the snake, American Imperialism”.

Today the Wahhabi regime of Saudi Arabia has been directly implicated by the 28 pages of American report (recently unclassified). It clearly indicates direct Saudis involvement in 9/11. We have also witnessed the unusual presence of Saudi’s retired chief spy Prince Turki al Faisal in Maryam Rajavi’s annual show in Paris and more than that, his controversial announcement of the death of Massoud Rajavi for the first time which cannot be interpreted as anything other than the overt stamp of ownership by the new benefactor of the cult (i.e. Saudi Arabia after Saddam).

Putting these things together, I can now clearly see why the Rajavis were so enthusiastic and celebrative about 9/11 when it happened. The logical truth is now clear to everyone. The Saudi regime supported and provided all the backing necessary for this terrorist attack – it is not by accident that 15 of the suicide terrorists were citizens of Saudi Arabia and 4 were living there. And I would add that it is not beyond imagination that the name of Rajavi will also come out in investigations into the 9/11 tragedy. It is clear now that the relations between Rajavi and the Saudi regime go back a long time. It is clear now that this relation was becoming closer and closer after 9/11. Evidence reveals frequent information gathering by Mojahedin Khalq operatives from sensitive places in various cities in the United States and subsequent handing over to Saudi handlers.  This information gathering and passing to Saudi and Iraqi intelligence officers of course has always been part of the responsibilities of the Mojahedin Khalq and we as members have known this from a long time ago. I will write another article based on my own first hand witness testimony about these relations in future.

We should keep in mind that Rajavi’s Mojahedin were the first of the Mojahedin who in 1981 started suicide bombing, resulting in the death of a 14-year-old girl (Gohar Adabawaz). And this continued as recently as 2003 in Paris when self-immolation was ordered among the Mojahedin’s supporters – resulting in the deaths and disability of several – after Maryam Rajavi was arrested and detained by the French anti-terrorist police.

I would like to emphasise to all governments and security forces, especially in France, that there is no such thing as “Good Terrorists” and that the age of dividing terrorists into good and bad is passed. Rajavi and his cult are more criminal than all of them. You should consider the influence which the first so-called “sacred suicide operation of the Mojahedin Khalq” – as Rajavi calls it – had on the ideology and the thoughts and deeds of the Wahhabi suicide bombers decades after that.  You should remember that the recent terrorist attacks in Europe and US and especially the ones in Paris were directly influenced by the past suicide bombings and self-immolations of Rajavi’s Mojahedin. And this is exactly why he was broadcasting the Palestinian suicide videos over and over again for us directly after 9/11, referring to them as the examples and inspirations of our Mojahed brothers in other countries…

Open letter to the Honorable Gerard Collomb, French Interior Minister

Dear Honorable Minister,

My name is Reza Jebelli. I am a former member of Rajavi cult, who had been for most of my life in captivity both physically and mentally in Iraq in Ashraf Garrison for many years.

I have learned through my friends that Maryam Rajavi is scheduled on July first to celebrate the anniversary of armed conflict, terror and killing people, to overthrow Iranian government and to establish an Islamic caliphate in Iran.

Dear Minister,

At the time that terrorism and the ideology of hatred have targeted our innocent children in Europe, I would like to bring your urgent attention to the history of Rajiv’s cult and terrorism so you would be able to see that Rajavi was the creator of such operations 36 years ago in different cities in Iran.

Rajavi started the killing of innocent children precisely like ISIS with seven suicide bombing in the public places but only 36 years ago. As a former member of this cult, I will assure you that cowardly terrorist operations, such as the killing of children in Manchester Concert by Isis has been exactly copied from Rajavi’s operations and those operations inspired ISIS to do the same suicide attacks decade later, and today they are everywhere, including Europe.

These refugees are mostly undocumented and are therefore not allowed to travel due to the threat of ISIS agents among them, but the cult falsely tells them that this trip will be authorized by the authorities. In this respect, the relevant specifications and documents were delivered to the Belgian authorities.

Your Excellency,

While Isis is carrying out terrorist operations throughout Europe and looking for ways to travel between cities and countries in Europe, I would like urgently to draw your attention to the possibility of using this opportunity to travel easily to France.

As a European citizen, it is my duty to warn against this threat and I hope that you and your new government take a firm stance against this terrorist and once for all say a big NO to terrorism especially to Rajavi.

Given my years of experience, all the terrorist groups follow closely and precisely the traces of their ideological brothers in other groups and this method of smuggling would certainly be monitored by ISIS.

Policy of appeasing the terrorist will make them grow bigger, faster and more and more powerful.

Sincerely,

Reza Jebelli
